Patch You Up — Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for US orders:

- USPS Carrier-Calculated Rates: Rates calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination — estimated delivery varies by service selected
International Shipping We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS, DHL Express, UPS, and DHL eCommerce. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. Estimated delivery times vary by country and carrier, typically 7–21 business days.
